I was given a large and stylish room with good shower, aircon and the French note. The hotel was in a very central location between two metro stations. Further, it was really close to shops and historic buildings including the cathedral, the old town and pedestrian shopping area and all the main sights. Highly recommended for short stay.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

It had beautifully designed rooms.

Marvellous location right at The Paul Dupuy Museum. A wide array of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the king room, plus central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Neat building, cosy bedroom.

The value for money at Croix Baragnon was excellent, with a comfortable and clean room. The location was perfect, close to the city center and easily accessible by tramway from the airport. The staff, especially Claire, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

For breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have some free filter coffee available.

Have stayed here many times and would go back in flash. The room was reasonably large with his suitcase and my experience was wonderful. The staff were all excellent and caring. The location was fantastic, at a walking distance from a grand neoclassical palace: )

The location was amazing - ease of access to Port Saint-Etienne. Most staff were easygoing and flexible, bright rooms.

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to all major attractions. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including storing our bags after check-out and offering us a room to get changed before our flight. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The entrance to the property was a bit confusing to find, especially at night. The lack of an elevator made it challenging to carry heavy luggage up to higher floors.

It is nestled in a really nice area, between two metro stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room is spacious and well laid out, with a cozy atmosphere and a view of the rooftops. The service is helpful and attentive, and the continental breakfast is a nice start to the day.

The noise from the street can be a bit bothersome at times.
